The ASP Alumni Annual Event 2025 is here! Get ready for an afternoon full of networking and inspiring speeches about talent & leadership!

About this Event

How do we lead talent, so that talent can lead?

To make an impact on society, talents are called to undertake leadership roles. But for that to happen, talent itself needs to be led, supported, nurtured.

This is the spirit of LEADING TALENT, our 2025 Annual Event, taking place in a fitting and inspiring setting when talking about talent: the Bending Spoons HQ in Milan.

In continuity with the expansion to other networks that we undertook in the past two years, the program will include contributions from our partner companies such as Bending Spoons and BCG, as well as a special guest from Philips (coming from the Miticoro network) and an ASP Alumnus who experienced leadership in the public sector:

Our guests will share how leadership grows in practice: through feedback, mentoring, responsibility and sometimes choosing paths that are not the most obvious.

And speaking of talent, remember that before the event there will be a company visit dedicated to junior ASPers (requirements: ASP program & max 3-4 years of experience). Registrations have already started in September via Google Forms (we can share the link again with those who are interested in joining).
